Ross founded Impactt Consulting and leads all client projects. His experience ranges from working in finance at Piper Jaffray, a publicly traded investment bank, to developing and executing global marketing strategy for Twitter, where he was formerly employed. He graduated top of his class from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Strategic Communications, and holds a Marketing Strategy Certification from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management.
Trevor Martinez - Strategy and Operations Consultant
Trevor is a pragmatic, innovative and motivated commercial real estate, community development and housing expert. His experience includes housing development, revenue management systems and supply chain and planning. He expertly manages flexibility, scalability and practicality in the conception, design and execution of projects of all sizes. Trevor has led or contributed to the acquisition, renovation, re-syndication, sale or recapitalization of more than 1,000 units in six states.
David Therkelsen - Member, Board of Advisors
David's illustrious 40+ year career has consisted of executive leadership in numerous organizations. He has served as CEO of American Red Cross - St. Paul, Deputy Chief of Staff to the President of the national American Red Cross, and Executive Director of Crisis Connection, among many others. Following his tenure in non-profit leadership, which included oversight of P&L's of more than $50MM, he served in both management and teaching positions at the University of Minnesota.
Tomme Beevas - Member, Board of Advisors
Tomme's prolific career has included pioneering corporate social responsibility at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, serving as Director of Community Involvement at Cargill, creating his own reality show-winning restaurant and serving as Board Chairman of HandsOn Twin Cities. During his career he has managed global campaigns involving tens of thousands of employees on five continents and helped raise more than $100MM for United Way.
Chad Davis - Member, Board of Advisors
Chad's twelve-year career spans impact work at a Fortune 50 retailer and global consulting firm. At Target Corporation, he managed the strategy and implementation of a portfolio of enterprise-wide projects that advanced the company's sustainability vision. At Booz Allen Hamilton, Chad rose to Associate by consulting federal government agencies on ways to achieve their unique missions through innovative programs. He is deeply committed to the Twin Cities' performing arts programs.
